The gua sha is an ancient Chinese tool traditionally made of the bian stone, and used to stimulate the lymph glands and increase blood flow. Mellow Mind's body gua sha helps tighten the skin, works with the connective tissue, and loosens muscle tension.

Care: clean your gua sha with neutral soap and warm water after every use to avoid the spread of bacteria. It can break if you drop it, so you may wish to store it in the fabric bag that it comes in.
